The Guest House

The convenient location of the Ellenberger’s Guest House puts guests a short walk away from the quaint shops of the Lower Village and Dock Square. The Art Galleries, antique and specialty shops, restaurants, the whale watch and sightseeing boats are only a few minutes away. The Kennebunk beaches are less than a mile (an easy walk or jog), and Town Beach Permits are provided for our guests. While AC is not provided, all units have fans.

The “Cape” is well suited for a family with 2-4 children, or a nice get-a-way for two couples. It has a sunny, eat-in complete kitchen and large living room with hideabed sofa. The two bedrooms have an attached bath. The “Cape” has homey furnishings for a relaxed stay. All linens are provided.

The Guest House has a large private yard for outdoor activities, lounge chairs, picnic table, and grill for our guests. A short walk will take you to the playground, ballfield, and winter skating area behind the Fire Station,
